Guests Late Arrival Procedure:
1. Your CheckIN is 2pm on your arrival day.
2. All guests above 16 years MUST have their valid ID's or Passports or Driver Licence to CheckIN.
3. We do understand that at times you may arrive late for your CheckIN, so please take note of the below.
1. On arrival at Zimbali Coastal Resort please proceed towards Zimbali North Gate entrance and enter into the 'Zimbali Welcome Centre' which is on the RIGHT side just before the North Gate Entrance.
2. At the Welcome Centre you will receive your Guest access Cards and Bio-metrics registration for your entry and exit into the resort.
3. If you require any information about the resort and local hotspots , please ask the team at the Welcome Centre, they would gladly assist you
1. Special security access needs to be made for arrivals after 7.45pm.
2. Please contact your Host and access will be arranged for you / your guests late arrival.
3. Your Host will provide a entry code for each vehicle entry.
4. The next morning you and your guests MUST report to the Welcome Centre for your Biometerics registration and Guest Car Access Card.
